At EAL we believe in co- developing mentorship processes that are well analyzed, competence focused, mentee centered and are continually adapted to our fluid innovation context. Our mentorship approach is premised on four objectives: Learning research through practice, peer-to-peer learning, lifelong learning, and caring for the whole person. Our programs are well paced through carefully designed monitoring systems, transformational, collaborative, and foster holistic growth of the researcher.
