The conversation will explore what your dreams and needs are, how you are meeting them, what support you would like, and the development of your unique, customized research action plan.
Pre-set timings are based on the Africana Journal Club calendar of activities and research mentors’ availability, and are subject to change by prior notice or in case of emergency. The mentee is expected to keep time and call the mentor, or else their slot will be forfeited.
Mentees can only reschedule a no-show appointment once, to allow others a chance. The 8 monthly slots are held every 2nd and 3rd Saturday at 7:00 am, 7:30 am, 8:00 am and 8:30 am EAT.
