Partnership

At EAL we believe in co- developing mentorship processes that are well analyzed, competence focused, mentee centered and are continually adapted to our fluid innovation context.

Partnership

As we are part of an ecosystem. We invite other practitioners and interested persons to work with us to co-create transformative environments that enable emerging scholars to thrive. We have partnered with over eight partners in the research ecosystems to develop training resources on mentorship, peer review, research and wellness in research.

Institutions of higher learning are our partners and we support faculty through research mentors, transformative research teaching and peer review trainings, to enable them effectively support mentees who desire to improve their research skills. The course combines, in class session and practical supervisory sessions.
Target audience: Lecturers, TVET trainers, and researchers
